{"id":998,"date":"2019-10-12T11:20:16","date_gmt":"2019-10-12T09:20:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/asso-asd.org\/?p=998"},"modified":"2019-10-12T11:27:30","modified_gmt":"2019-10-12T09:27:30","slug":"mission-consacree-a-douleur-et-anesthesie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/asso-asd.org\/index.php\/2019\/10\/12\/mission-consacree-a-douleur-et-anesthesie\/","title":{"rendered":"Mission consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la douleur et anesth\u00e9sie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me semaine de  la mission  est consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 douleur et anesth\u00e9sie, du  5 au 12 octobre avec Claire, <br>Julien et Vuch ky .     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"334\" height=\"295\" src=\"http:\/\/asso-asd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/1-1.png\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1000\" data-link=\"http:\/\/asso-asd.org\/?attachment_id=1000\" class=\"wp-image-1000\" srcset=\"http:\/\/asso-asd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/1-1.png 334w, http:\/\/asso-asd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/1-1-300x265.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 334px) 100vw, 334px\" \/><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"http:\/\/asso-asd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2.png\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1001\" data-link=\"http:\/\/asso-asd.org\/?attachment_id=1001\" class=\"wp-image-1001\" srcset=\"http:\/\/asso-asd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2.png 640w, http:\/\/asso-asd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le programme de la semaine, les matins sont cibl\u00e9s sur la pratique&nbsp;: l\u2019accompagnement au bloc, poursuite de la formation de l\u2019ALR et nous accompagnons les futurs r\u00e9f\u00e9rents douleurs dans leurs les diff\u00e9rents services dans l\u2019application de leurs future fonction.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les apr\u00e8s-midi, Claire, Julien et Vorleak forment l\u2019\u00e9quipe r\u00e9f\u00e9rents douleur, de 15 personnes compos\u00e9es de m\u00e9decins, infirmier(\u00e8res) et kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeutes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Vuch-ky a continu\u00e9 les cours sur la douleur chronique commenc\u00e9e au mois de juin.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le vendredi l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, Julien a fait la formation pour les m\u00e9decins, sur l\u2019\u00e9chographie pleurale et la k\u00e9tamine.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dans la continuit\u00e9 de la mission du mois de juin, la mise place de la feuille de surveillance \u00ab&nbsp;douleur&nbsp;\u00bb est effective tant dans les services que les r\u00e9animations et ICU en nous appuyant sur les relais que sont les r\u00e9f\u00e9rents douleur.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La grande nouveaut\u00e9 sur l\u2019organisation du bloc est l\u2019affichage du programme op\u00e9ratoire avec les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019anesth\u00e9sie propos\u00e9e en regard: \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel d\u2019une prise en charge de la douleur post op\u00e9ratoire organis\u00e9e et syst\u00e9matique. La Check list pr\u00e9 &#8211; per et post op est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e !! <br>Claire accompagne Im, infirmi\u00e8re anesth\u00e9siste dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration dans la prise en charge de la douleur. Elle est tr\u00e8s investie dans sa pratique et l\u2019anticipation de l\u2019analg\u00e9sie post op\u00e9ratoire, ses coll\u00e8gues commencent \u00e0 venir nous voir et discuter&nbsp;.Depuis le d\u00e9but de nos missions depuis 4 ans, elle apprend le Fran\u00e7ais et s\u2019est beaucoup am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.<br><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La semaine est rythm\u00e9e et riche en interaction surtout pendant les cours, dans lesquels une nouvelle dynamique se cr\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le bilan de la semaine est positif avec la cr\u00e9ation effective d\u2019un groupe r\u00e9f\u00e9rents douleur au sein de l\u2019h\u00f4pital.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La semaine se termine par un d\u00e9briefing avec le directeur de l\u2019h\u00f4pital, au cours duquel il nous remercie chaleureusement et nous t\u00e9moigne son soutien dans la suite de notre projet.
